手持式雷达电波流速仪svr是美国德卡托公司为usgs（美国地质调查局）制造的专业测速仪器，由于其体积小巧，形似手枪，故也称“测速雷达枪”。改良后的svr自动化程度高、性能可靠、工作稳定、维护方便。
